This busy and friendly NHS GP Surgery is pleased to be advertising the role of Practice Manager. The Surgery is a friendly and forward thinking GP practice with an excellent reputation for innovation and carefully looking after staff and patients.
The Partners are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced manager with excellent people-management, communication and organisational skills. Candidates should have the necessary passion and commitment to be at the heart of dynamic team helping to run a busy Surgery.
Candidates will need to have demonstrable experience in HR, IT and operating systems. Experience of regulatory compliance (particularly CQC based) would be an advantage. A general background in healthcare, in particular primary care, would be helpful too but is not essential. The Surgery has an established Finance Manager in place who would work with and deputise for the Practice Manager.

Salary range is dependent on experience and skills. Upper tier for exceptional candidates.
