THE JOB:
- Calling a prospect database to introduce the company
- Sending out literature to prospects
- Following up on literature with a view to securing a face-to-face appointment
- Good record keeping of the CRM database
- Weekly reporting to the commercial manager
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience as a telemarketer would be ideal but is not essential
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas using the phone
- Excellent communication skills
- Patient and able to handle rejection
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £23,000-£25,000 basic depending on experience
- Realistic commission of £2,000 - £5,000 per year, taking OTE to £28,000-£30,000.
